Job Log: BEX_YM-GLA-FX01_00083.xmlJob Log for Mail Server Nightly BackupĬompleted status: Failed Expand AllCollapse Allĭrive and media mount requested: 20:00:00ĭrive and media information from media mount: 20:01:11 Please note that the characters (?) in the log actually appear as only the boxes, the other characters have been inserted during the copy/paste. Here is the job log and I would be most grateful for any advice. Although I would rather not resort to this as its not fixing the problem. But as you will see from my log file, there is no subject for the emails (except one called MWAH which I found) or any clue that I can use to find the corrupted emails.įrom searching other posts I am aware that there is a registry change that allows you to bypass the corrupted emails so that the backup job passes. I've experienced this in the past and have overcome the problem by simply going to the mailbox and removing the corrupt email.

I backup my exchange server using Veritas Backup Exec 10 but the job is failing during the verification phase as its flagging corrupt messages in 3 users mailboxes.
